Surrender
Contract

As a courtesy, anyone may use our online Surrender Contract. However, please know it does NOT mean Doggie Harmony will intake the pet. It simply means the owner is surrendering rights to this pet to whomever will care for it.

Doggie Harmony will receive an email copy of this contract which we can forward to you as needed.

Adoption
Contract

Please ONLY use our online Adoption Contract for Doggie Harmony pets authorized by Jamie. Further, the contract will only be valid with an authorized signature from Jamie.

Alternatively, you CAN use a the Pet Release Contract between the two parties exchanging the dog (i.e., the previous pet owner and new pet owner). Doggie Harmony information should NOT be used.

Listing Request

We can ONLY list pets who are well-tempered with both humans and dogs. If your pet qualifies, please fill out the Northeast Listing Request. We unfortunately cannot guarantee your pet will be accepted by our partners. This simply allows us to courtesy-list your pet on their adoption site in hope of attracting an adopter. If/when this happens, you will be contacted by Liz about logistics.
